Activities - Nature  (return to things to do home page)

Just steps away from your Silverdale hotel, you'll find 5 miles of trail (perfect for walking or biking). Clear Creek Trail takes you through an oasis of wetlands, woodlands, and tidelands right in the heart of town. The kids will enjoy hands-on nature programs at their interpretive center.

Staying in North Kitsap? Why not enjoy the opportunity to circumnavigate Bainbridge Island by boat and see the island's marine life? You'll meet Suquamish Tribe biologists and help them pull in 100 feet of net to discover what's living beneath the surface, then measure and record the catch. Eco-Stewardship Activities abound on the Kitsap Peninsula.
